We hate to see "bad spiral" happening to people. Walking difficulty > less exercise > less mobility > even harder to move the body > even less mobility..
Walking frames are great to give sense of security and safety, and confidence, to users.
COGY will be great for the people whose legs are not strong enough to stand on their feet. No fear for fall, they can feel free to try pedalling. They can just stop pedalling and have a rest if they feel tired.
It has a great merit for carers, too. Once we get the person on COGY, we can feel pretty free to relax. They won't fall. Well, the walls and furniture may be scratched. We know which combination is better, sparkling wall and a person with less mobility, or scratched wall and a person with full of joy and more mobility, don't we?
